Manual Bets

Hi I have twice re-install program and still have two Manual Bets on, unable to remove one. Thanks.

Hi Rudish,

Did you try this:

Please first backup your strategies by exporting them to new file.

Delete all strategies from: C:\Users\<Current Windows User>\AppData\Local\bfbotmanager.com\Bf Bot Manager V3.

Hi Rudish,

Please make an attention that you will delete all your strategies.
So, first backup your strategies by exporting them.

For some reasons now it does not place any bets for last 2 days.

HI rudish,

You should check your strategy "Reports" tab to see which rule is preventing strategy from placing bets. Please use simulation mode to test it all.

It said trade volume and on some time to bet. Trade volume is set as it is 115 and time is 25sec. Run program on VPS so I downloaded program onto my PC try to start asking for the key, copied key but it said invalid, it could be something I done with C drive I just don't know but still have 2 Manual Bets and is not working.

Hi Rudish,

You should do following to solve manual bets problem:
1. close software
2. use Start->Programs->BF Bot Manager->Configuration editor and restore default settings
3. uninstall software
4. download latest v3 version from our website

Then start it again and manual bets issue should be resolved if you did all correctly.

Make sure you use Copy & Paste to enter your license key.

If you keep having problems with traded volume or other rules then please open support ticket and email us screenshots of your settings, exported strategy and we will check it.
