Bf Bot Manager - Forum

I had to uninstall my bf bot manager software and install it again yesterday but iv tried 10 times now and it will not load!!
iv even tried running it again making my laptop which is windows 10 run it with windows vista etc and its not working is there an older version i can down load as the one from the download page wont work and I have no idea how to run it now.

There is only latest version.

Do you have any other bot instances running on other machines?

Please send us log.txt and log_esa.txt log files from following folder:
c:\Users\{WINDOWS ACCOUNT USERNAME}\AppData\Local\bfbotmanager.com\BF Bot Manager V3\

Make sure you place those log files to zip file before sending them.

No I'm not running it on any other pc or laptop.
no idea what to do now it just will not load.
I tried trouble fixing it said its not compatible.
I cant even get the program to start to get to log in process

Do you get any error message when you start software?

Log file does not show any attempt to start the bot. Last time you tried to run the bot was in June.

You should also send us log_esa.txt file from the same folder to check that file for errors.

it just fades into the back ground when I click on the icon

No, not that file. Filename is log_esa.txt, it is in the same folder as log.txt file.

No, you keep sending files that have different name? We deleted those files now from your posts.

iv looked for this log file i cant find it

Then try restoring default settings by using "Start->Programs->Bf Bot Manager V3->Configuration editor" tool. This will delete all your settings, strategies and restore bot to default state.

If that does not work then reinstall .Net Framework, do all Windows updates, restart your computer and try again.

Hi SuperEa, how did you resolve this? I am having the same issue using Windows 10.

I had reset my entire Laptop to resolve the issue then downloaded Bf bot again and it loaded fine.
