Hi there

Below is a screenshot of the options to cancel a bet if unmatched. Just wondering if there is an option elsewhere to cancel an unmatched bet X seconds after inplay?

Races never run on time so it would be great to have the option to cancel it inplay rather than X seconds after official start time...

Hi Rynny,

Thanks, we will add that option in next update. Until then you can use Hedge rule instead and set it in the same way, but with option to activate only during in play ticked.

Yeah a condition to cancel an unmatched bet after X seconds or % time of race inplay would be a welcome addition...

With regards to using hedge, sorry if I'm not understanding how to do it but I thought hedging was only used to close out matched bets? I just want to cancel unmatched bets inplay.

Hi Rynny,

Hedge will cancel unmatched bet and place new bet so that you get equal proift/loss regardless of outcome.
