I’m trying to lay any horse who’s price is 40.0 and above pre race and lay them in play if they touch. Slow a certain price!?
Are these selection conditions correct
Min/max Lay price any runner price range 40-100 prices from before Inplay will be checked.
Min/max Lay price any runner 9-11
Bet type random selection 1

You should remove random bet type, instead try using Default bet type and test it in simulation mode.
