In play statistic not working for few hours

Hi all, i have issue with in play statistics. It stop working on Saturday and Sunday when there is big amount of games. Its happening between 4am to around 11am, after that it start working again. All markets are loaded and only showing live score, in play statistics are all 0. It happens now 3 weeks in a row. Im in New Zealand time zone.
Any help appreciated. Thanks

It is best that you save log file as txt file and then send it to us via our help center so that we can check if there were any errors at your end. You can open support ticket at following page:

Could anyone confirm if this was a problem with the 3rd party IPT website service, or the free in play stats provided by BF Bot Manager?

This is now fixed, there was a problem when there were more than 1,000 matches at same day, so some matches did not get updated.
It is now fixed, so it should work properly next time when there are more than 1,000 matches at same day for which service provides results.
This is for in play stats provided by third party service that we use, not Inplaytrading. We do not have any control over Inplaytrading service or their data.
