I would like to make the following strategy:
Observe the 4 favorites horses that drop 5 ticks for 5 minutes before the race starts.
During the race in live, place a lay bet when the odd reaches a certain price on all horses that reaches the certain odd.
Can you help me?

It is not possible to check if four horses odds dropped by 5 ticks before in play and then to bet during in play on those horses.

Can I place a lay bet after x sec/min in-play race if the odds reaches a determined price in any horses?
I think this setup will help me.

You can use "Time to bet" and set it to start betting X seconds after market goes in play.

Also use "Selection conditions->Min/max price for selection" and set price range for any runner, so that bets get placed only on selections that satisfy that price range.

Then test it in simulation mode.
