When i lay at Starting Price amount is always different

But when i lay without Starting Price amount is always the same

Is that how it supposed to work?

I'm running in simulation mode, so i thought it may be sim mode problem.

All BSP Lay bets are placed to liability as price is unknown, it is not possible to place BSP to level stake.
