Lay To Back - In Running Strategy Help

Hello

Are you able to advise how I could set-up a strategy to do the following:

This strategy is to lay to back in-running horses. I will first lay a horse prior to the race start, then I would like the strategy to do:

a) Trade out to win %
b) If that rule isn't satisfied, and instead the horse odds shorten, how do I close out, say for a 12 tick offset to my original lay bet?

Many Thanks

Tony

Hi Tony,

You should use "After bet rules" like "Trade out" to trade out at better price by X% and "Hedge" to hedge your position if price changes against you by X ticks.

Please test it in simulation mode.

Morning

That's great, thanks for the advice on that. If I wanted the lay stake to be fixed liabilities rather than level stakes, what staking option would that be?

Thanks, Tony

At Staking plan add "Lay to liability or amount to win" and tick option lay to liability. Then test it in simulation mode.

Hi, I can't seem to find that option of "Lay to liability or amount to win". I've attached two screenshots of what I see.

Thanks, Tony

"Liability or amount to win (Ending condition)", it is on your second screenshot, at bottom part.
