The basketball Auto Load feature has the option for a Match Odds market, but this doesn't appear in BetFair which has Moneyline. Are they the same thing? And what is the Undifferentiated BFBot has picked up?

Yes, they should be, but you can easily check it by auto loading match odds markets and then click on "i" (info) column button at main MARKETS grid view to see all the details for that event/market.

Can you guide me why my bot didn't place a bet on Markets filter?

You selected MONEY_LINE as market type, but market type was MATCH_ODDS.

Even though BF called it moneyline?

That is the name, but "type" is the value that you Markets filter is checking. Like I said in my previous post, use "i" info button to open details to check market type for loaded market.

Here is a screenshot, take a careful look at "Market type" and "Market name" value, those values are provided by Betfair.
