The live scores & time tabs are blank and seem to have stopped updating.

Receiving the same errors once again!

This has been happening to me for a few days continuously now. I renewed my license and ever since putting the new licence code in i have been having difficulty.

I've rebooted my machine, restarted the software several times but no matter what I do the "GetFootballLiveScoresRequest" in the api reports shows 100% failure. And I get the following in the log:

Please help ASAP, this has been working perfectly for a month, and I have live strategies now which cannot run with this error, which is both costing me money and stopping me use the tool.

Hi JOpesh,

At Help->Licenses form, enter your license key by using Copy & Paste, do not type it in manually. Then restart software.

Common mistake is that users enter license key manually and use small case letter, which prevents bot from getting live scores.
