Checking price at "off" as opposed to official off time

Hi,
Just signed up to the Bot for a year so will have a couple of strategy questions, will keep them short and to a minimum.
I have a strategy that bets on the Fav if the price is in the range 3.00-3.99 from 1m to the off until 0m, noticed yesterday on testing that the price was above 4.00 until the official off time, but then dropped below 4.00 between then and when the race actually started but a bet wasn't placed, what condition should I use to take this delay period into account when checking for a bet.
I have set up to use Market condition ..."Allow betting when on following race statuses: Going down, Going behind, At the post, Under orders" will that work.
