Bf Bot Manager - Forum

Is there a log file somewhere in the software that records why bets weren't placed? I am missing some bets that I know should have fired, so want to investigate why.

Each strategy has its own "Reports" tab that shows last 500 reasons for downloaded prices why bets were not placed. Other than that there is no log file that would hold more info on that.

Problem is that list gets updated so often that you cant look back at a bet that should have placed a few hours previous.
Any reason why only one horse gets laid in a race where there are meant to be 3 bets being placed? Is there a max number of bets per race setting somewhere? Seems to happen often.
I import all my tips via Proform so all bets are there correctly in the list ready to be bet, its the execution that seems to be going wrong somewhere. I have the Betdaq version of the software.

There are many settings in bot that could limit this. It is best that you export your strategy and send it to us with screenshots of tips at which bets were placed. You can open support ticket and send us files if you do not wish to share them publicly:

OK thank you, I will do it as a support ticket. Unfortunately, Proform doesn't allow me to look back at yesterday's qualifiers but will email you next time it does this.
