I am having trouble getting my strategies to bet on different sets of imported tips.

One strategy will work fine when I allow it to bet on all imported tips but if I input the CSV tips name into the rules it won't fire. Therefore I am unable to run multiple strategies with different sets of tips.

What format does this need to be in? e.g. My tips file name is top4_export.

I have tried:

1. top4_export
2. "top4_export"
3. top4_export.csv
4. "top4_export.csv"

You need to enter provider name in CSV list, not file names. Provider name is displayed at Manage tips form in column Provider.

If you keep having problems please post screenshots of imported tips and we will check it.
