Hello,
Is there any way to use place market odds to back in the win market, for example, 3rd and 4th in the place market and back them in the win market

You should set your strategy to bet on Win market and then use "Selection conditions->Racing – Runner at win/place market favourite/price rule" to check odds of selection at place market.
