there is an aditional costs because robot use a lot the betfair api?

Bot is not exceeding API limits, so there should be no additional cost.

But you could be charged by Betfair for excessive use of API if you are placing large number of bets e.g. 1,000 bets or more per hour.

Check your account statement at betfair.com and see if there are any charges.
