MB Bot v3 - unknown error trying to log in

When trying to log in to Matchbook it gives me "Unknown error occured. Please try again". Error occurs before authentication as a wrong username/pw gives the same error.

Tried reinstalling, running it as an administrator and disabling any firewall to no avail.

Prior to the error I entered my pw three times incorrectly, subsequently my MB account got blocked. Unblocked it, changed my pw, entered correct credentials in the bot and got the error.

Any support appreciated, thanks.

Hi Fruder,

Make sure you are not trying to login from country from which access to Matchbook is not allowed. Also make sure you complete all account verifications at Matchbook.

Thanks for your answer!

I've a fully verified MB account that I already connected to from the Bot Manager successfully in the past from the same location. Checked their site and there's no newly imposed country restriction that would affect me. Also, over the website I've full access and am able to place bets.

And from which location you are trying to run the bot?
