Bf Bot Manager - Forum

Hi Rade, I'm using the bot in real mode for more than 2 weeks and today happend something I could not understand why, and that what happened make hard to me follow the bot performance because it does not update the result (Total P/L).
What happened was that the result of the game Cruzeiro x Botafogo wasn't accounted by the bot, and the "Total P/L" isn't considering this trade result.
In betfair site I can see the result of the trade.
The game finished more than 3 hours ago.
Do you know why this happen?

Hi Lucas,

Open selections view for that market, then bot should update it to closed status. If bets do not get updated then open main BETS history and click "Update bets" menu item.

This usually happens when there is a problem with network connection when bot tries to update market status and bet results.
