ATM sim Strategy Not working in Version 3.1.1.13

Hi,
can you help please ?
The release notes for version 3.1.11.13 say the Sim of ATM strategy now works as it should.
I'm afraid and I can't get to work, I think it is something to do with the race time settings.
Can you help please ?

Please export your ATM strategy and email it to us to check it and ensure that you have latest version of this example.

Hi Rade,
The "race in play time" is definitely NOT working it is obviously not starting.
I am using time to bet instead and everything else is working good.
