software not running

Hello,

My bf bot manager stop working. I have logged out and try to login again, but it doesn't move from the login page. I tried to re install the program but still does not work. My betfair page is working normally, so i don't know what is wrong, can you help me?

All Windows updates must be installed and computer must be restarted.

Date and time must be accurately set for selected timezone.

Users must have Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7 installed on their computer. If you are unsure if you have it then you can download it from Microsoft web site:

Please uninstall old version of Bf Bot Manager V2/V3 and then download latest version from following location and install it:

V2:
https://www.bfbotmanager.com/bfbotmanager2.zip

V3:
https://www.bfbotmanager.com/bfbotmanager3.zip

Windows 7:
If you are using Windows 7 then please follow the steps indicated via https://manage.accuwebhosting.com/knowl ... ows-7.html to update your TLS version to 1.2 as earlier versions are no longer support following a release this morning.

TLS 1.2 isn't enabled by default in Windows 7.0 and this is the likely cause of the issues you are experiencing with various software applications.

Hi Rade,
I am having the same problem, I have uninstalled and reinstalled V2, windows is fully updated, as is Framework and computer has been restarted. The time settings are fine.
If I use Windows 10 then all is ok, but I prefer to use RDP windows 2008 R2 ( all updated, restarted etc) and BF Bot will not go beyond the Betfair log in page.

Following fix also works on Windows 8 and 8.1. We tested it today and it worked fine.

Windows 7, 8 and 8.1:

Hi Rade,
Tried that but still will not progress beyond the Betfair log in page.
I see that your advice covers Windows 7,8 and 8.1 but I am using Windows 2008 R2, is there a work round for this?

Hi Flovac,

Yes, that solution works on Windows 2008, we tested it today on one VPS server. Make sure you add key correctly to register and to restart server after that. Also make sure you have latest version of our software and .Net Framework 4.7 installed.
