Max profit and loss

When I go to set the strategy for max profit and loss not all the strategies are showing up in the list of strategies to add. How can I make them all available?
Hi David,
All strategies should be listed, maybe you need to us scrollbar to move down to view all strategies? Please post screenshots and show us which strategies are missing if you continue to have problems with this.
