All my bets and results just disapeared

Switched off my bot last night the normal way

Loaded it up this morning.

All bets and results dating back 30 days appear to have gone. Nightmare

Strategies look ok though.

Any ideas please.

Hi Tony,

At bottom left corner of bets/results screen there is a filter that shows only bets/results for current bot session. Remove filter and all bets/results should appear.

Bets/results can only be lost if bot was not shutdown properly e.g. power failure, error etc.

Thanks for reply

Yes I have been using that filter for a while now so I understand how that works.

The bot started saving them again and all was ok for about 3 days.

Then logged in this morn to check my bets and all gone again including results.

I shut the bot down as I always do and that's red x in top right corner then clicking yes to do you want to shut down.

I fear this is something else. Could you shed a bight more light

Hi Tony,

Thank you for sending those screenshots.

Time to record prices for results is set to 1 second before start time. This is not cause to your problems, but you should set it to 10 or 20 seconds at least to give bot more time to record prices.
