Save results now button

Hi Rade, please could you tell me where the default save file location on the PC is when you click on the "save results now" in the history tab, results tab. The BOT says the results are successfully saved but I cannot find the location. I have found a results.gz file in the local profile, but presume this is a working file for the actual results and not the actual saved file?

Thanks

Hi rizzo18,

That is the file, results are saved in that file.

You should use option to export results if you want to work with results data.

Rade

Thanks Rade, a few time the BOT has froze with regards to being able to export results, filter results, save strategies etc, this only happens after say a couple of weeks as the results.gz gets quite large. However if I've not saved the results for a couple of days, I loose this data even though I "logout & exit" correctly" the next i log in, the results, bets have disappeared. Is there anyway a button can be put on the results tab to import the results.gz file back into the BOT so it can be exported as a csv if a failure like this happens?

Thanks

Hi rizzo18,

Please see following article that answers your question:
https://help.bfbotmanager.com/article/4 ... ts-history

Bets and results are not lost, there is filter that is set to display only bets/results for current bot session.

If you keep having problems with this then please contact us via our help center and send us log file and screenshots of loaded markets.

Hi Rade, thank you for the response, removing the tick at the bottom of the results page restored all the results.
