Error

Noticeably over the last few days I have been getting an error and the bot just 'hangs' without refreshing from betfair, any ideas as to what could be causing this, cheers again

Hi Aereol,
Please email us content of log file to check it for errors. In most cases it is just network connection issue that causes bot to lose session token e.g. this can happen if your computer goes to sleep mode, hibernate or stand by mode, or your wi-fi signal gets lost for longer period of time.

Never happened previously as mines runs all day without issue,

Hi aereol,
Your screenshot is of API requests report and it shows more than 3,000 errors. You should email us content of log file like I asked, to check it for type of those errors.

Ah found the log file, but switched the bot off as didn't want it running that way in case any errors would cost money.....how do I get the last weeks log file?
