Betfair - Results not settling in the BOT

Is anyone else having a problem today with the results not returning from Betfair. They are being placed and being settled with Betfair but not returning to the BOT. When I check the Results tab it seems only Australian results are being returned.

Hi Lucky,
Please post screenshots of MARKETS tab showing markets that are missing results and screenshots of your Tools&Settings->Monitoring settings (both tabs).

Hi Rade
I posted this back in October and managed to resolve it by reinstalling the BF Application. Unfortunately since I made the latest upgrade it has started to do the same things. I uninstalled the BF Application and reinstalled yesterday (13-Dec) and it started to work again. I do not have any bettings overnight and the BOT remains active. However, without any changes, the BOT has stopped working again. When I look at the results tab it is again not showing any results for UK and Ireland (only AUS). I can't seem to attach screenshots.

Hi Lucky,
Make sure your computer does not go to sleep mode, hibernate or stand by mode. It must stay up and running all the time and connected to internet.
If you keep having problems then you must send us screenshots of all settings (Tools&Settings, Monitoring and General settings) and log files to check them.

Hi
I am not convinced the computer being in hybernate can be the issue because it is returning results - just isn't returning them for UK Greyhounds. I noticed it is returning results for UK horses. Surely if it was a general computer problem it wouldn't return ANY results. Is it something to do with AUTOLOAD settings?? This is the only thing that separates configuration for market loading by sportstype.
