Results not updating

I have found in last few days results on some events are not updating to closed on Markets tab. They seem to remain as suspended for several hours. As soon as I open the event within the market tab, the event then changes status from suspended to closed. Is this a known bug?

Hi g4money,
It depends on your settings and number of loaded markets. Please post screenshots of those markets (full window), your Tools&Settings->Monitoring settings (both tabs) and we will check it.

The smallest I can make a JPEG file is 650mb. Too big for this system. Do you have an email I can send to?

You should save screenshot by using "Save screenshot" button in bottom left corner of main screen. If you keep having problems then please raise ticket through our help center and then you will be able to email us files:
