What is "actual price"

On the hedge or close position conditions, we have the option to choose the price to monitor for change. What does the "actual price" refer to?

Back price for Back bets, Lay price for Lay bets.

How does selecting "actual price" differ from selecting "back price" or "lay price" ?

Like I said, actual price depends on bet type that will be placed by hedge. If hedge is always set to place same bet type then it makes no difference.
