What is the condition to prevent firing if a match contains a certain word ? Friendly , cup etc ?

You can use "Market conditions->Markets filter" and set it not to allow betting on markets whose name contains specific text. You can check market name at MARKETS grid view to see which text it contains.

Event/market column shows data that Markets filter checks.

So there is no way to filter out friendlies or cup matches ?

You can use Market conditions->Competitions filter rule and select competitions to allow. This rule will list all currently available competitions at Betfair, so you might need to update it from time to time as new competitions get added at Betfair.
