Hi Rade,

Is it possible to dutch three runners based on the following:

1. There are at least 3 runners in the race with odds over X
2. Place a level stake bet on the top three runners with odds over X in order of price (3 runners with the shortest odds over X)

Recovery

Is it possible to start overall loss recovery after either:

x consecutive loses or once overall loss equals a set amount?

It is not possible to start loss recovery after one of those rules are satisfied, there is no option for that. Loss recovery attempts to recover loss with next placed bet always.

There is no option to check how many runners have odds over X. But you can use Min/max price for selection rule and set min price X for "Any runner", then add "Default bet type" and "Selection by lowest/highest" rule that will pick 3 shortest priced selections. At Staking tab also add "Minimum/maximum number of qualified selections" rule and set it to 3/3, so that bets get placed only when exactly 3 selections satisfy all the rules.

Then test it all in simulation mode to ensure it works like you want it to.
