Is there a template for creating a CSV selections ?
Do I need to include all the information contained below ?

Thank you , I keep forgetting about that. I only use the strategies manual.

I can't even get the exported csv's to load let alone my own.

Make sure you do not keep your CSV file opened in Excel, as Excel locks file and bot is unable to read it while it is opened in Excel. So close Excel, then try to import tips file that you exported by using V3.

If you exported your selections to CSV file by using V3 and you did not alter it then you should be able to import it. Imported tips will appear ONLY at Manage tips form! They will not appear at MARKETS grid view.

If you keep having problems then post your tips file and we will check it. Make sure it contains selections for events that have not finished.

When dealing with football selections the SelectionId and SelectionName seem to always be the same , is this correct ?

Yes, because it is The Draw selection. Market id is different, so its the draw selection for different markets.

If I used either MarketId or EventId will it find the correct market ?

You should use Market id if possible, then it will know which market it is for sure.

Will do, the software I use gives me a matchID . Can this be used at all ?

I do not know what is matchid, you should contact producer of that software and see what that is.

For V3, you just need market id and selection id/name. You do not need other details, as market id will identify exact market for which tip is and selection id/name will identify selection on that market.
