Bf Bot Manager - Forum

Hi all, I'm new to BF Bot Manager, I have been trying to use an example strategy and my own strategy but I just can't get it to work. I check the conditions according to the report but everything seems fine and I just have no idea what to do!! In the example strategy, the acorn one, the report shows that the min/max odds don't satisfy even though they are in the odds range. In my own strategy in the report it shows something that my back/lay selection isn't set but it clearly is, I have selected it to lay the 1st position favourite...

Please export your strategy and send it to us with screenshot of loaded markets to MARKETS grid view and we will check it.

I have exported the strategy and taken a screenshot the markets. Where do I send these? Can't find the markets grid view...
