I cannot get this to work, I have set the timer for 5 minutes to test without waiting 30 minutes for 0-0.
I have attached screenshots.

Time to bet is wrong, it has zero minutes to bet. You need to increase "Keep betting in play" value to 30 minutes, then strategy will be allowed to bet between 5th and 30th minute of in play. Right now by your settings it is allowed to bet between 5th and 5th minute of in play.

Do not use "Default bet type", that will allow betting on all selections. Please remove it and add "Bet type by RUNNER position" and set it to lay 3rd RUNNER by position, that is The Draw selection.

Turn off option to check prices from before in play at "Min/max selection price" rule, so that it checks price at time of bet for price range. If you keep it like this then you do not know at which price bet will be placed.

Make sure bot has live score information, otherwise your strategy will not be able to check score. This is explained in following article:

The price condition I need to check before kick off (no higher than 4), price hopefully will be a lot lower at 30 minutes as long as score is 0-0.
I have checked general settings for correct score >500.
Have just tried new settings on a friendly match and a lay was placed, which is good.
