Weight of money

Hi Rade,
the option weight of money if i put BSAM*1 >= LSAM*5, it means that the price show go down right?

Hi Fernando,

It means that amount of money on Back side must be five times greater than the amount of money on Lay side. Usually that should indicate that price will go up as more people are looking to sell than to buy.

I just read the documentation and really think I was thinking wrong.
So if we define the rule as BSAM * 3 <= LSAM * 1 the horse price is likely to go down, am I correct?

Sorry to raise an old thread, but I am just putting a strategy together based on WoM.

If there is more money on the back side, would that not indicate that the price would most probably shorten?

WOM rule does not decide if price will shorten or not. WOM rule is designed to compare available amounts on Back and Lay side and then to allow or not betting on selection. Please check manual for details on WOM rule:
