Hi Rade,
as I did not find the answer to my question in the forum, I'll put it here, it is possible to use steamers / drifters based on last X seconds recorded prices?
For example, if the race is already going halfway, use only the last X seconds recorded prices to use steamers / drifters. or there is other way to see if the price went down or up fast in a short period of time?
Thanks

Hi Fernando,
At strategy "Edit" form (the one where you set strategy name and description) you have tab for setting time when to record min/max prices that are used when calculating price change percentage.
You must set time when to record those min/max prices. It cannot be last X seconds, it must be specific time as you will see by checking those rules.
But this is something that we could improve in future e.g. add option to use min/max prices recorded in last X seconds.
Regards,
Rade

Thanks Rade,
i know that we can set the time to record prices, but for my case it would be best to set only last X seconds.
I'm glad to see that it could be improved in the future. An option to use min/max prices recorded in last X seconds it will be wonderful!!!
I'm waiting for this update.
Thanks Rade.

Rade, another related feature that would help a lot is being able to know if when a horse is a steamer/drifter, there is some other horse as a steamer/drifter within a certain price range.
That would help a lot too.
Thanks

Hi Rade,
since my question is about steamers / drifters, i will put here.
Let's say for example that if we define that a horse is drifter if the odd raise 5 ticks, if it goes from 10 to 20, will the bot always consider the horse as a drifter? even if the horse goes down to an odd of 2? in this case it should be a steamer and not a drifter.

Hi Fernando,
Bot compares recorded min/max prices with currently available price. As currently available price changes so does horse status steamer/drifter changes.

Rade
