selection by highest/lowest

I've been having trouble getting this (selection by highest/lowest) to work correctly in v3 (no problems with v2).

Using the above settings, the 4th fav is never selected - even when the 2nd and 3rd fav are only say 4 and 5 dollars respectively.
To prove that its not working, I ran the bot with the following settings:

Again the 4th fav was never selected over a whole days betting, even with these settings asking for a price of 20 for the 2nd and 3rd fav.
I've also noticed similar issues when asking to bet on the highest price selection.
Is this a known issue?
