Is it possible to run different strategies in different modes? For example, strategy A in Real mode and strategy B in Simulation mode?

If not, can two instances of the bot be run simultaneously (one in Real mode, the other in Simulation mode)?

Sorry that is not possible, but you can run second bot instance on another computer in different mode.
