Bf Bot Manager - Forum

Hi

Since i subscribed to in play trading this week and adding a few strategies the bot keeps freezing. It is not coming back to life and so forcing a unscheduled restart. Are there any settings that need amending once ITP is set up to stop this sort of thing happening? I run the bot off of a VPS, and other programmes are responding fine, it is just the bot.

Please send us specification of your VPS, amount of RAM it has and number of markets/strategies that you have loaded and running.

Make sure you are using latest V3 version which can be downloaded from our Download & Buy page:

The VPS is from tagadab, its the svs2000, with 2gb of RAM and 70 gb of storage.

I am running 12 strategies in total on the v3 bot, i've added 5 new ones to trial some IPT strategies.

I updated the bot a couple of weeks ago, so I should be on the latest release. But i will update in case there have been any patches since.

Hi Bengal1,

If possible please email us VPS remote desktop details so that we can login and check the bot when it freezes. There was an issue with freezing but with older version and those bugs have been fixed.
