Pretty new to this and wondered if anyone could help?

I have devised a strategy which includes a loss recovery system, which when I have tried in simulation mode, works fine.

When I have then tried this evening in real mode, the loss recovery mode didn't seem to function?

My settings are as follows:

Events filter - football
Markets Filter - only following markets - next goal
Start betting in play after 01:32:00 hrs

Selection Conditions - bet type on runner in fave position is LAY
lay price for fave position 3 must be within price range 1.01 - 20

Price settings - initial price

Staking - initial/level stake - 0.50
overall loss recovery - recovery rate is 100% max liability £100, from each loss 100% will be recovered, recover losing stakes too.

Could anyone please advise if I am missing something?

I am posting my reply here too, so that other users can use solution.

At Market conditions you should add "Unsettled markets" condition and set it to 1, so that next bet is placed only when previous bet is settled. If next bet is placed before previous bets are settled then it will not recover loss as result of previous bet is unknown.

You removed Overrounds and Back/Lay Ratio conditions that are added by default to each strategy, this is extremely dangerous as you are allowing strategy to bet when odds on market are bad e.g. back price 1.01 and lay price 20.0. Please add those conditions and set overrounds to 115/85% and back/lay ratio to 15%.

Please make those changes and then try again, it should work.
