Bf Bot Manager - Forum

Hi!

I had my VPS restarted (not sure what happened) and after this no bets are placed. Markets are loaded: http://prntscr.com/cgp3x5. Strategies are started, but nothing happens in "Reports" tab. I've also tried built-in Lay Draw strategies and it does not work too. I've tried to restart the application but it didn't help. Any ideas?

Hi Torchello,

Your markets are monitored (yellow background behind start time), so you probably did not start your strategy if "Reports" tab is empty.

If that does not work then please send us screenshots of reports tab, export your strategies and of "API requests report" (bottom right corner of main screen button) to check it all.

Just noticed that monitored markets were wrong, as their date is far in past. Can you please check your computer/server time and date and ensure that it is correctly set for selected timezone? Thank you.
