What setting do you use to get a strategy only to bet on the football matches that i select that day and leave it to bet on as planned, if the critea is reached?

If you want to pick your own selections to bet on then you should use "My Selections" checkbox column and select selections to bet on. Then you can create new strategy and add "Bet on my favorites only" condition at selection conditions tab, so that strategy only bets on those selections that you selected.
