Bet only if runner is NOT one of first 3 fav ?

I have a problem. Where to search in V3 for this option:

Hi Marcur,
Add "Selection conditions->Selections filter" condition and set it to allow betting only on favorites that you enter in CSV list and CSV list should be like this "4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20". Then betting will be allowed on all favorites expect on first, second and third.

I searched for the options - "NOT ALLOWED on all favorites expect on first, second and third."
