Turns out it must be the VPN provider blocking access to Betfair.com for some reason. I'm using a proxy to bypass for now but I will be contacting them to find out why.

I'm trying to login but I keep getting a message stating that my Betfair account is not activated for the license I am trying to use for an install on my VPN. The problem is that it is the same account as I've always used and I know it works because I can login using my home PC. Is there a known issue of this? And is there a fix? It was working fine up until last night and now it won't allow me to connect from the VPN.

It just seems strange that on my home PC it validates fine but for some reason it won't work using the VPN.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jay,

If you are able to login from your home PC then license is fine and problem is with your VPN network.
