Trader bot put wrong hedge bet.The time for hedge wasn't reached.First lay.Hedge 0 sec before start.

Hi Pedromar,

You need to post screenshots of all your settings, not just some of them.

Also post screenshot of bets history form for those bets and use "Update missing bets informations" menu item before making screenshot.

Hi pedromar,

At "First bet (start trade)" tab you have option to cancel initial bet and hedge if it is unmatched for 5 seconds.

Your bet was probably unmatched, but got matched when bot tried to hedge so bot hedged bet at available price.

At Tools->Settings form set to request unmatched/matched bets to 1 second instead of 3. This will make bot check more often for matched and unmatched bets.

Thanks.I done what you said but still having strange bets.One thing ,when i have correct trades second bet take sometime to appear and get matched or not and the bot hedge by the rules i have put .when i have that strange bets the lay bet and the hedge bet are matched at the same time...

Change time of 1st unmatched bet from 5 to 10 sec and going better....8 successful trades in a row...1 per market ...

Well sometimes will have that strange bets again. So, you say that when the time to cancel the first unmatched bet is reached and the bet is matched in that right moment the bot edge to the available price...I don't understand.Why hedge an unmatched bet ? Isn't better " cancel bet if unmatched n sec and try another trade"?
Why edge? There's nothing to edge?! If the bet is partially matched the bot cancel the remain and hedge by the rules we set.
Can you fix that?

Hi Pedro,

Option is called "Cancel and hedge".

It works like this:
1. it gets triggered after X seconds if bet is Unmatched (if bot has information that bet is unmatched)
2. bot makes request to cancel bet
3. bot hedges your position if bet is matched or partially matched

Problem is that you were using 3 second interval to check for matched/unmatced bets and you have set to "cancel and hedge" after 5 seconds, so bot had information that bet was unmatched and activate cancel and hedge, but bet actually got matched so bot hedged it. If bet was not matched then bot would not hedge, it would just cancel your first bet.

Set at Tools->Settings interval for getting matched/unmatched bets to 1 second and make sure that you have fast internet connection.

No bugs here.

Hi Pedro,

Mcbee is right, I have not noticed this, please remove your username from screenshots (hide it).

At your First Bet tab, you have set to use Back price when placing bet but you are placing Lay bet, which means that your bet will be initially Unmatched. Because of this bet is getting canceled and hedged and causing problems. Try using Lay bet instead of Back bet at this form.

I want back price because i want to lay lower ,if you ask for lay price sometimes is very high price .
I have wireless connection dsl. I will try to connect the laptop to the router with a cable to see if make diference...

Hi Pedro,

Yes, but then Lay bet is Unmatched, so bot tries to cancel it after 5 (or 10) seconds by your rules and to hedge it. If bet gets matched while bot is trying to cancel it then bot will execute hedge function and hedge that bet.

You can also make change at "General" tab, set "Max number of profitable trades" to 1 and "Max number of trades with matched bets" to 5 (or more). So when this situation happens where bot hedges your bet at same price then it can try again until it makes 1 trade that is making profit.

I change the settings as you said on your last post and i think i will try something different.Perhaps in play because the bot is always edging to the available price instead of waiting for second bet to be matched at higher price . This time with a bonus of double bets...

Hi Pedro,

Have you used "Update missing bets informations" menu item before checking bets history form?

Also please send me log file and I will check those double bets. I think that bot try to place second/hedge bet but it failed because of something.

The big amounts were because I have put some value in recover...
