V2 Filter Markets function

I would like to be able to
i) Select football matches with a start time between 12:00 and 23:50
ii) Deselect football matches that contain (W) and (women) so I am only betting on men's matches.
and for the bot to reload every 8hr with these settings.
I am having a problem getting the time selection option to work alongside the CSV deselect option.
When I use the time function and attempt to deselect the Womens matches, only matches in the timeframe are selected but the Women's matches are included.
When I omit the time function the Women's matches are deselected correctly.
Using the option "Deselecting markets by default on load" doesn't seem to make any difference.
Is there a way to select by select matches by time but deselect certain types of matches?
