I've changed all the bots to hedge if there is a 1 tick profit OR 1-0/0-1 at 10, 11 and 12 minutes and a final one at 15 minutes - safety setting has a minimum odds of 1.01 - if none of those work then either the market is suspended for at least 5 minutes or Betfair is down

Could running the bots with a hedge rule in a sandbox be causing the problem?
Just had another where the hedge was not recorded but was placed on Betfair
