Price gapping

Which rule is used to identify a selection which has a price of at least 4 or 5 points higher than the runner below.
In other words, let's say a fourth fave is priced at 4.0 and the next runner (the fifth fave) is priced at 8.0 or higher and I wish to lay the fifth fave, what is the selection or market condition please?
