Hi

I created a strategy to lay bets 2 hours before race start. It doesn't seem to lay the bets unless I go into the actual market and interact with the race. This seems to wake up the strategy and it places the lay bet. I don't know is anyone else has experienced this.

I have other strategies that lay bets a few mins before a race and these work fine without any manual interaction needing to happen in the market and race.

You need to adjust monitoring market settings, to start monitoring markets earlier. This is explained in following help article:
