I want to lay selections at BSP but for some reason the bot doesn't work. The selections are in the Manage Tips list and the correct Tipster is chosen. My backs of imports works fine at BSP but if I change the bet type to Lay then it doesn't work. It's probably something simple but I can't find it.

Bet size is £2, the error log says:

09/06/2021 19:12:06: BET PLACEMENT FAILED, Selection name: Hot Team, error: Failed to place bet, error BET_ACTION_ERROR
INVALID_BET_SIZE
09/06/2021 19:12:06: Failed to add bet to bets history, it is missing details. Status: FAILURE
09/06/2021 19:12:06: Bet placement error: Failed to place bet, error BET_ACTION_ERROR
INVALID_BET_SIZE
Failed to place bet: LAY 2@0.

And this is if I use £10 liability:

When you open support ticket then you will receive confirmation email immediately if ticket is opened successfully. Otherwise please try again to use contact form.

I've tried it with Firefox and with Edge, both times I get the message "We received your message and we will reply as soon as possible. Thank you for contacting us!" but no email.
