Morning...can I have a back and a lay net placed in the same bot... were the bot is default for lay bets ...but condition that if a loss has occured the next single following bet will be a back bet??

...And if so, How can I apply the setting for it?

Have you tried using "Selection conditions->Overall sequence of bet types? Please see manual for details:
