How many scenarios can be set in Bf Bot v3 so that Betfair does not blame for too much data download?

You should read following article that explains how bot gets market prices, as that is not affected by number of strategies that you are running:

Only thing that you should worry about is the number of bets that you place per hour, as Betfair might charge you extra fee if you place high number of bets per hour. For more information on that you should check Betfair help or contact their support.
