There is 3 winners in greyhound races. How is that possible?

Please send us screenshots of your "Tools&Settings->General settings->Results" settings.

Simulated bets are settled by using selection status, so you should open selections grid view for that market to see their statuses. Maybe Betfair sent wrong selection statuses and later corrected that, but bot picked up wrong result.

There was probably some issue with results received from Betfair.

In real mode bets would be settled by Betfair, so this should not cause you any problem.
